Plan C (2010)

We undertook an adventurous journey to Chernobyl, Ukraine—the site of one of the most devastating nuclear disasters in history (1986). The project, created in collaboration with artists Ryan C. Doyle, Todd Chandler, Tod Seelie, Jeff Stark, and Steve Valdez, was inspired by Andrei Tarkovsky’s film Stalker. It culminated in a large-scale public installation in Manchester, UK, constructed from scrap metal scavenged in the Zone.

 

“Let Them Believe” is a short semi-fictional film by Todd Chandler and Jeff Stark, based on the project:
